At first glance this car and there are only nerd plasticity in the land of fantasy through if stored on computers so that it can embed a pair of wheels on the bow of supercars.
But a car with 4 wheels front and 2 rear wheels is not a fantasy land dwellers. This car is really real. Ferrucio Covini was the first to create a car with 4 wheels front 30 years ago.The function of this front 4 wheels (with 16-inch wheel size 20-inch front and the rear wheel) is to reduce aerodynamic resistance, braking more smoothly, more convenient control and minimize the effects of understeer.
The drawback certainly predictable. Weighs a growing and complex front suspension system. Beyond that, behind the engine hood made C6W pinned Audi 4.2-liter 435 horsepower V8 is channeled to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Again the machine is inserted in the central part of the overall length of the car that is sustained by a structure made of carbon fiber. Unfortunately, Covini C6W still a prototype.
